I’ve been a huge fan of Benjamin Wheeler for a few years now – he just has the most beautiful eye for capturing detail and moments that are always so romantic and unique. When I got the chance to second shoot for him, I genuinely felt like I was about to accomplish such a huge goal in my career and it was probably the most nervous I have ever felt before a wedding.
To add to this, we were photographing at Kew Gardens which, being a venue I’ve always dreamed of working at, was so incredibly exciting.
I got to work in the most wonderful team of people who all came together to create what I can only describe as pure wedding magic. I have never seen styling so beautiful as this – props to Michelle from Pocketful of Dreams who literally lit up the Temperate House.
I spent the morning with Dan & his lovely pals at Syon Park before heading over in some pretty torrential rain to a location to wait for Yina to have their first look, which was such a beautiful moment. We then taxi’d over to Kew for their ceremony in the Nash Conservatory with a pretty surreal floral display by Larry Walshe.
The night was finished off with a pretty epic dance floor followed by a group of delirious wedding suppliers bombarding the Photo Booth (see below).
Amazing, amazing, amazing.
