Back in the summer I had an email from Ksenia with the most beautiful description of how she had met her fiance, Max (by happening to order the exact same rare, pretty much unheard of drink at a cocktail bar) and while living across an ocean from each other (Max in the UK and Ksenia in Canada) they had created the most beautiful relationship and had decided to get married this coming Autumn.
I met them for the first time in September where we did their engagement shoot in Richmond Park (where Max proposed) starting off with cake for breakfast at Petersham Nurseries, moving on to the park where after many giggles and great conversation, I just knew I was going to adore photographing their wedding.
So here they are in all their glory. Autumn vibes does not even cut it and anyone that knows me well, knows that an outdoor ceremony surrounded by gorgeous blooms & orange leaves, string lights, drunken fireworks, paella and more glorious wedding cake is a piece of Emily heaven. The chemistry and pure love between these two was so evident during their engagement session, but even more so on their wedding day when surrounded by the beautiful people they call friends and family in the place where Max grew up.
It also never fails to amaze me how much I love meeting guests and discussing random stories, not forgetting a huge shout out to the groomsmen for being angels in disguise with organising and making sure I had either a drink or piece of cake in my hand at all points.
These two are the epitome of pure chemistry and pure fun. Think their dancing shots may be some of my favourite ever!
