Lotta emailed me back in September enquiring about booking me for her and Nick’s 2020 wedding. I hadn’t quite opened my books for that year, but Lotta asked if we could schedule in an engagement shoot in the meantime.
Oh my word, as soon as I met these two I just knew I wanted to be their photographer. We went to the pub pre-shoot and I think I spent the entire time in giggles and getting extremely enthusiastic about all of their wedding plans. These guys are just so great, they really are. We headed off to their wedding venue just outside of Wells where they’ll be having a Tipi reception. It was bloody. freezing. We battled the icy (maybe a slight exaggeration) temperatures and I spent the entire session with eyes streaming from the belly laughs they gave me… add in communicating cows, crazy wind (weather wise) and failed leaf throwing, it’s safe to say the session resembled some sort of comedy sketch, yet they both still managed to look this cute!! Now Lotta and I seem to spend most of our time messaging about fluffy socks, cats and anything festive. If that’s not a satisfying job, then I don’t know what is!
If you fancy a shoot pre-wedding or just for the fun of it, pop me a message! They honestly are not as scary as they look and are the perfect way to get to know me and feel more relaxed with how I will work on your day!
(I’ll even bring yummy snacks)
