... What A Year
Well indeed, what a year it has been (so far). I’ve been very aware of my lack of blogging over the past few months and boy do I have a lot to share (photo’s and news wise!)
This year has been full of surprises, excitement, hard times and so much learning and growth. At the start of the year, my life was completely uprooted and I had to essentially move away from everything I had built my recent life around, started to love and my absolute happy place – Bath. I’m splitting my time between Berkshire (where I now currently live) and Bath which I refuse to not call home anymore. I felt slightly uneasy and a bit knocked down to start with this year and felt a huge drop in my confidence – in myself and my work. But, the past few months have really tested and pushed me and I feel like I am now coming out the other side and I am feeling more inspired, creative and stronger than I ever did before. I’ve got the most incredible group of people around me, I met my complete photography idol Rosie Hardy and attended her Treehouse Retreat workshop (and I’ve booked to go on another next year eek!) I’ve shot more amazing weddings and booked some incredible ones for next year, I’ve started to figure out who I am and what I want my business to be, and so so so much more. So over the next couple of months I will be bombarding this blog with everything I’ve been up to… Also go check out my instagram account to follow my work more regularly! For now, I leave you with a trip I took to Lulworth Cove a couple of weekends ago with my beautiful friend Vaiana.
P.s… HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
